TERMS

• Participants of all ages are welcome and we customise games for different ages for an enhanced experience

• Nerf battles do require running and other physical movements such as crouching, therefore being a physical activity you understand that accidents may occur but are very uncommon

• You must follow the instructions of the supervisors at all times. If these rules and other rules set on the day is not followed, supervisors have the right to exclude you from the game

• All equipment must be used properly and the venue must be taken care of. Any misuses will result in exclusion from the game as seen fit by instructors

• Please ensure your group wears correct footwear and clothing for safety. (Safety glasses are provided)

• You may bring your own Nerf blasters but they are your equipment and thus you must look after them as Elite Entertainment are not responsible

• By booking with us you allow us to use photos and videos taken of you for commercial purposes

• If you are booking on behalf of your group, it is your job to relay these terms to them as they must be followed by everyone who is participating
